We only ask for what we need to give you a quote and show up at the right address. We don't sell your information.

Who we are
Niko's Pest Control (NV LIC#7228) is a pest control company serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and the surrounding Nevada communities. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through www.nikospestcontrol.com — and what we don’t do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form on our contact page, we receive:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one
- The service address where you want work done
- The service you’re asking about and your preferred date
- Anything you type into the message box
If you call, text, or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us in that conversation. Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs — things like IP addresses and browser type — used to keep the site running and secure.
We never ask for payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through this website.
Tracking, and how we treat “Do Not Track”
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party marketing cookies on this site, and we don’t build profiles of visitors. No third party collects information about your online activity over time or across other websites when you visit ours. There is no behavioral advertising here and nothing to opt out of.
Because we don’t track you in the first place, a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser changes nothing about how this site behaves — we treat every visitor as though that signal were switched on. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page before doing so.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, give you a quote, schedule and perform the service, and follow up about the work. We may contact you by phone call, text message, or email using the details you provided. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts; reply STOP at any time and we’ll stop texting you.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the website work — our form delivery service, which passes your submission to our business email inbox, and our hosting provider — or when the law requires it. Those providers may only use the information to provide that service to us.
Your Nevada privacy rights
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing a website operator not to sell their covered personal information (NRS 603A.345). We don’t sell personal information to begin with, so there is nothing to stop — but you are welcome to send the request anyway and we will confirm it.
Our designated request address for these requests is nikospestcontrol@gmail.com. We respond within 60 days, as the statute allows, and will tell you if we need the extra 30 days it permits.
Reviewing or changing your information
Want to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email or call us at the numbers at the bottom of this page and tell us what you’d like changed. We may ask a question or two to confirm you’re the person the record belongs to, then we’ll make the change and confirm it back to you. The only thing we may keep is a record of work actually performed at a property, where we’re required to.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records only as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. Quote requests that never become jobs are not kept indefinitely.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are transmitted securely. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive details like financial account numbers through the form.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to our Facebook page and Google Business Profile. Once you follow one of those links, the privacy policy of that company applies — not this one.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
